Our inventory system

A world-class inventory system behind the counter.

We run a computerised pharmacy management system rather than a register and memory. Every medicine is tracked to its batch from the day it is delivered, expiring stock is filtered out and pulled off the shelf before it reaches a customer, and reordering is driven by real stock levels. It is the quiet, professional half of the store — the reason the strip you are handed is always in date and always in stock.

Each delivery is entered against its batch number, manufacturing date and expiry before it reaches the shelf.

Expired stock filtered out

The system blocks expired batches from sale outright — they cannot be billed to a customer by mistake.

Early expiry warnings

Batches approaching expiry are flagged months ahead and returned to the distributor rather than sold late.

Stock that does not run out

Reorder levels are watched continuously, so regular and chronic-care medicines stay available.
